Theme: Gender-Based Discrimination at Workplace
The Pakistan Law Students Association, in collaboration with FOSPAH, hosted the National Moot Court Competition 2026. The competition was built around a theme of pressing legal and social relevance: Gender-Based Discrimination at Workplace. It brought together participants from law schools across Pakistan, each stepping into the courtroom to argue, research, and advocate on an issue that continues to shape the modern workplace and the law's evolving response to it.

More than a contest of legal knowledge, the competition served as a rigorous test of advocacy, legal drafting, research depth, and the composure it takes to argue under pressure the very skills that define a capable litigator. Teams from universities and law colleges nationwide answered the call, bringing with them sharp argumentation and a shared belief that the law must work for everyone.
