The Board of Directors shall be responsible for providing overall direction, long-term vision, and strategic oversight to the Pakistan Law Students Association (PLSA). While the day-to-day implementation and management of tasks shall be handled by the cabinet, the Board will play an advisory and supervisory role.

The Board of Directors shall consist exclusively of individuals who have served as Presidents and General Secretaries of PLSA. Unlike the cabinet, which serves for a defined term, Board members will hold lifetime membership, retaining the authority to guide and advise the cabinet on matters of policy, strategy, and organizational development.

As the visionary behind PLSA, Mr. Hassan Ali founded the organization in March 2023 and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. His commitment to impactful leadership is reflected through his participation in the Aspire Leaders Program by Harvard faculty and various international leadership initiatives.

Former President of PLSA for the 2024–2025 tenure and previously Vice President in 2023–2024, Mr. Hassan Raza now serves on the Board of Directors. He is credited with initiating the tradition of on-site activities and organizing impactful events during his leadership.

Currently serving as the President of PLSA for the 2025–2026 tenure, Ms. Mirab Ishtiaq has previously held the roles of General Secretary (2024–2025) and Vice President (Female) in 2023–2024. In addition to her current leadership role, she is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Former Vice President and current General Secretary of PLSA, Aqsa has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's vision and outreach. Known for her dedication, leadership, and strategic planning, she continues to guide the team with clarity and purpose.
